Operations Leader (Assistant Manager & Shift Supervisor)

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading shifts with speed, structure, and accountability
  • Driving daily sales, customer experience, and team performance
  • Managing team members (coaching, correcting, developing)
  • Ensuring food quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient operation
  • Supporting hiring, training, and onboarding
  • Assisting with catering execution and community outreach

Compensation

  • Shift Manager: Starting at $15/hour
  • Assistant Manager: Starting at $17/hour
  • Pay based on experience, performance, and leadership ability
  • Opportunities for advancement and increased earnings

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of food service or restaurant experience required
  • Proven ability to lead people—not just complete tasks
  • Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and ownership
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to hold others accountable while maintaining professionalism
  • Dependable, punctual, and consistent
  • Flexible availability (nights, weekends, peak hours)
  • Ability to stand and stay active for extended periods
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred (but not required)

  • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or quick-service environment
  • Experience opening or closing shifts
  • Experience training or onboarding team members
  • Interest in growing into General Manager or multi-unit leadership
