Operations Leader (Assistant Manager & Shift Supervisor)

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading shifts with speed, structure, and accountability
- Driving daily sales, customer experience, and team performance
- Managing team members (coaching, correcting, developing)
- Ensuring food quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient operation
- Supporting hiring, training, and onboarding
- Assisting with catering execution and community outreach
Compensation
- Shift Manager: Starting at $15/hour
- Assistant Manager: Starting at $17/hour
- Pay based on experience, performance, and leadership ability
- Opportunities for advancement and increased earnings
Requirements
- 1–2 years of food service or restaurant experience required
- Proven ability to lead people—not just complete tasks
- Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and ownership
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to hold others accountable while maintaining professionalism
- Dependable, punctual, and consistent
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, peak hours)
- Ability to stand and stay active for extended periods
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred (but not required)
- Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or quick-service environment
- Experience opening or closing shifts
- Experience training or onboarding team members
- Interest in growing into General Manager or multi-unit leadership
